Step-by-Step Admissions Process

Step 1: Enquiry & Campus Tour

Families are encouraged to begin by contacting the Admissions Office to:

  • Schedule a campus tour

  • Meet with admissions representatives

A campus visit allows parents to experience the learning environment, facilities, and school culture firsthand.

Step 2: Application Submission

Parents are required to complete an online application form (one per child).

Before submitting the application, please ensure you have:

  • Required student information

  • Parent/guardian contact details

  • Previous school details (if applicable)

  • Any relevant academic or medical information

Only fully completed applications are reviewed.

Step 3: Entrance Assessment

All applicants are required to complete an age-appropriate entrance assessment.

Step 4: Parents’ Interview

A parents’ interview is an essential part of the admissions process.

  • Conducted by a member of the Admissions or Academic team

  • Both parents are required to attend when applicable

  • May take place on the same day as the student assessment

The interview ensures alignment between the family and the school’s educational philosophy and expectations.

Step 5: Admission Decision

Following assessment and interview:

  • Applications are reviewed by the Academic Office

  • Decisions are based on assessment results, readiness, and availability

Parents are informed of the outcome through official communication channels.

Step 6: Enrollment Confirmation

Upon acceptance:

  • Parents will receive an official offer letter

  • A deadline will be announced for payment of the advance enrollment fee

Failure to complete enrollment within the stated timeframe may result in loss of the offered place.

All required registration documents must be submitted before the start of the academic year.
