    PARENT/ GUARDIAN MEETING REQUIREMENT

    • To ensure full collaboration and transparency between home and school, we kindly request that both parents/guardians (father and mother) attend the admission meeting.
    • If, for any reason, one parent is unable to attend, a valid reason must be provided along with an appropriate supporting document/proof.
    • Please note that this is a mandatory requirement to proceed with the admission process.
    • This policy helps us build a strong partnership with both parents/guardians for the benefit of your child’s educational journey. We appreciate your cooperation and commitment.

    PAYMENT PLAN ACKNOWLEDGMENT

    I would like to choose the payment plan that suits me from the options listed below, and I hereby confirm my full commitment to paying all installments within the agreed-upon deadlines.

    Please note:
    • The school fees are offered at a discounted rate until 31/3.
    • A 5% increase will apply to all payments starting from 01 April. Payments made before this date will remain at the current rate.

    2. 4-Installment Plan
    • 1st installment: 40% in June
    • 2nd installment: 20% in August
    • 3rd installment: 20% in October
    • 4th installment: 20% in December
    3. 8-Installment Plan
    (Includes an additional 2.5% increase in fees)
    • 1st installment: 30% in June
    • 2nd installment: 10% in August
    • 3rd installment: 10% in October
    • 4th installment: 10% in December
    • 5th installment: 10% in January
    • 6th installment: 10% in February
    • 7th installment: 10% in March
    • 8th installment: 10% in April
